The aim is to provide the necessary skills and knowledge in order to:

act according to law when entering and terminating a contract of employment
know the extent of leave your employees are entitled to by law
be more confident regarding the Swedish working hours regulation
understand your responsibilty within the work environment in the workplace
have an overall understanding of the Swedish labor legislation including collective agreements.
