Leading International Teams |
2 days |
• understand the challenges of working in internation teams
• develop your international communication and leadership skills
• learn ways to make your international teamwork deliver results
It is well documented that international teams often fail to deliver results as efficiently as possible. Different approaches to international working processes lead to breakdown in communication and a failure to realise team synergies.
This workshop identifies key areas of international teamwork which must be handled successfully based upon an understanding of cultural diversity, management of individual working styles and the development of international teamwork practices which can bring improved results through better working relationships.
